Refund policy

We want you to love what you make. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Returns. Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt or order number. Bring them to the shop at 21 East State Street, 2nd Floor, Media, PA.

Refunds. Unopened items are refunded to your original payment method. Opened items that aren't defective can't be returned.

Final sale. These can't be returned: opened paint, clay, ink, and glue; make-and-take projects; gift cards; and items marked final sale.

Damaged or defective items. Tell us within 7 days and we'll replace the item or refund it, opened or not.

Workshops and events. We don’t offer refunds on classes, but we’re happy to give studio credit if you let us know at least 24 hours before a class, or 1 week before a multi-week series or camp.
